Prepare For More Heat

TODAY: It was so nice early this morning...we were greeted with clouds and sprinkles in Central Arkansas.  Meanwhile NE Arkansas got a couple good downpours.  This afternoon has been a different story outside.  We're seeing lots of sunshine and feeling the heat in the 90's.  Thanks to an outflow boundary temperatures are not as hot as they were yesterday.  More information on the video above.

WEEKEND - NEXT WEEK: An upper level high will take control of the Mississippi Valley.  This pattern will lead to bright, hot afternoons with high's in the upper 90's.
